Sleep is of utmost importance, not just to support the rapid growth happening in your baby’s first years, but to the physical and mental health of every single member of the family. Sleep is one of human’s most fundamental needs, and has a huge impact on the overall well-being of the entire household.

Quality sleep for your children is my #1 goal, however it requires an intricate combination of factors to achieve deep, restorative sleep. Which is why I always take a holistic, science-based approach in transforming sleep for your little ones. I am trained in various schools of sleep training techniques, and together with my experience I would customise for you a plan that is best suited to your baby’s temperament and your family setting, so that you may achieve the best possible results.

Based in Hong Kong, working with families locally and around the world, it is my passion to empower fellow parents in making positive changes for their children and families. I offer trilingual consultations – in English, Cantonese or Mandarin – and I am available both face-to-face and online, whichever suits your convenience.



Our son used to wake up every hour at night and would only sleep for 30 mins for each nap during the day. We were completely exhausted when we found The Sleep Code. For Newborns

(0 – 15 weeks)

This package is designed especially to help parents navigate those crucial first weeks of life, laying the foundations for healthy sleep habits until your baby is neurologically capable of ‘sleeping through the night’. Quality sleep is proven to support your baby’s brain and behavioural development, strengthen the immune system, improve appetite and support other fundamental growth needs.

  • I will conduct an in-depth sleep assessment for your baby, and offer advice on safe sleep practices and newborn feeding patterns, tailored to your needs for breastfeeding / formula / mixed.
  • A 1-hour consultation where I will equip you with the skills and tools to help your newborn take longer naps and gradually lengthen overnight sleep, backed by science research and tested by clients.
  • You will receive a step-by-step guide on setting up a routine that works for your baby. My goal is for you to be able to read and understand your baby’s signals and capabilities.
  • Bi-weekly catchups to help you understand your baby’s evolving sleep needs, and answer any questions you may have that are unique to your baby. 
  • You have the option to upgrade to the 16weeks+ full-guided training once your baby is developmentally ready for a more structured sleep routine.

For Babies & Toddlers

(4months – 4years old)

This is a comprehensive, step-by-step program for parents who want to achieve long-lasting, quality sleep for their little ones. By taking a holistic approach and reviewing all underlying factors in our pre-assessment, we set the stage for success before we take the final step of teaching your little one the essential skills for consolidating night sleep.

  • We will begin with a thorough sleep assessment in order to evaluate current sleep situation, capabilities and challenges. By reviewing all underlying factors from environment, nutrition, temperament and goals, we lay the foundations for success and ensure that this transition into new sleep habits is as gentle as can be for your little one.
  • A 2-hour consultation where we will discuss the assessment and strategy to the specifics of your child and and family.
  • Once we finish the consultation, you will receive a customised written plan fully-suited to your child’s temperament and your family settings, a tailored 24-hour schedule and a game plan covering all naps and night wakings scenarios, so that you can start sleep training your child with full confidence knowing what you are doing.
  • 10-14 days of full support where I will closely track your child’s progress, answer all questions you may come up with along the way, guide you through the implementation process and adjust accordingly until you get the best results.
  • Bonus sleep advice in cases of travel or illness, so you may have all the tools to put your little one back on track in the coming months and years.

Bespoke Consultation

This is a targeted session for babies and toddlers who have previously been sleep-trained and are capable of independent sleep, looking to troubleshoot specific issues that may have caused recent sleep disruption. The amount of work required is determined case by case, depending on given sleep capabilities and challenges. Please email me with your situation and needs for further details.

1:1 standalone Q&A session

For those who aren’t necessarily going through sleep challenges or looking for changes at the moment, but would love to plan ahead and get some advice on specific topics such as how to drop a nap, schedule design to work around school hours, moving from crib to bed, weaning the pacifier, moving two kids into one room, how to maintain sleep habits while travelling etc.

Following a sleep assessment and schedule review, we will meet for a 40-minute online session where you can ask anything around your child’s sleep and I am most happy to share my knowledge, experience and practical information with you.
