
Hi I am Lydia, a certified baby and toddler sleep consultant based in Hong Kong, helping families locally and around the world get the sleep they most deserve.
Through improving sleep for babies and toddlers, I see it as my mission to
- Empower parents with science-based knowledge on healthy sleep habits, to support their child’s rapid brain development in those important early years
- Strengthen immune systems and improve mood regulation for everyone in the family through better nights’ sleep
- Reduce risks of stress, anxiety, depression and marital conflicts which can easily be triggered by prolonged sleep deprivation
- Support parents in making positive changes for the entire family and feeling more confident in their own unique parenting style
